Overview
KubeEdge is a CNCF-incubated project that extends the container orchestration capabilities of Kubernetes to the edge. It provides the infrastructure to manage containerized applications and devices at the edge from a central Kubernetes control plane in the cloud. This allows developers to use familiar Kubernetes tools and principles to deploy and manage complex edge workloads, including AI/ML applications.
